Orwin Restoration and Construction Incorporated was founded in 1994 by owner Wilman Montealegre. Wilman operated the painting and texture business popular at the time and ran a successful business for 14 years. During these years Wilman's skills and management grew his company to a full restoration and remodeling business.

Wilman had the vision to expand in areas that were in high demand and always learned from the best and his work ethic made his business a total success. Expanding in 2010, Wilman become successful Licensed Florida General Contractor, With his experience in restoration and estimating skills would bring Orwin Restoration and Construction Inc. into the 21st Century. He complimented his skills and expertise to provide excellent service to his customers.
